I don’t think Honda dealer will replace because it is nearly 10 years so I don’t think it will cover under recall and if it covers he will charge you high price. If your cousin is mechanic it will really will be lot cheaper than Honda dealer. Ignition switch has to be replaced otherwise you have to face many problems like shutting off etc.
