i dont believe the fenders are a hassle free bolt on, if it is, then it doesnt look all that nice, widebodyek did it the ryte way and the only way to ensure a perfect look. weld the halfs together. i seen a couple of these conversions(look ugly to me) and all of them were done the same way, half of the 5gen welded to half of the 6th gen.
