So when I went to bed around 11:30 I was feeling a slight burn in my stomach still....at around 3:30 it had upgraded to feeling like I had a lit coal in my gut. I guess that's what happens when you run out of food to disperse the spice. So I went down stairs and had some yogurt, a couple scoops of ice cream, and peanut butter on a wrap. Right now I am feeling pretty good but I am getting a little worried about how this is going to feel coming out. It already feels like I poop gravel and glass shards on a normally :nervous:
