I've run 3 half marathons and a handful of 5,9 and 15k's. Running is fantastic, but takes a toll on the body/joints. I am running the vegas half/full marathon in 2011. not sure if I'll do the full or just the half.
Chris is 100% right. You'll be running 5 k's for warmup runs soon enough. Sounds like a great plan John. :thumbup:
