Ok so its been about 2 years since I last ran at all so in a couple weeks I am going to start again and am using th C25k plan to get back into it. My daughter has decided to join me in this since she wants to get a faster mile time in gym class.
The basic layout is 9 weeks to a comfortable 5k run. There is an app for android or ipod/iphone that works very well.
So anyone else in for this? I figure start date will be in about 2weeks on the 16th of Jan (daughter picked the date).
