My contract is up in june, but it's becoming really obvious that I can't get by at work without a smartphone, so I'm probably going to cave and get something for myself this christmas What are HAN's thoughts on used/refurb phones?

I had my mind set on HTC Hero, but after having some trouble typing on the thing, I may get something a little bigger.
