this is not a comment on the motivation behind the action, only on the action itself

ive seen loving family pets at the end of their last breathes taken behind the shed with a shovel with dad

ive seen the runt kitten the mother abandoned at birth be drowned because there was no way they would survive

ive picked up a rock on a squirrel i hit with my car and pulled over to check on

the quality of those animals lives was at its lowest form, and out of respect for their suffering they were euthanized in ways that some may find brutal, but others find a normal part of life

ive also seen the looks in the eyes of the people who commited these acts and the sorrow and loss they feel is as great as any other owner, the respect they showed that animal in its final moments was greater than anything a guy with a white coat and a needle could offer

but hey, judge away, i know i judge the shit out of all of you
