Maybe if President Clinton had kept his promise, an estimated 7,000 people in New York and Washington, D.C. that are now dead would be alive today.
my whole take on it is that there are 2 kinds of people. those that talk and those that take action. historically it seems that the democrats are the talkers and the republicans take action.
now tell me... all motives and conspiracy theories aside.... would you rather have someone in office that makes empty promises or someone that acts on his word? i dunno, but it seems like a pretty common sense decision to me.
