Call a Honda dealer with the VIN and they'll be able to fix the ignition switch which is covered under the recall. One of the main reasons for the recall was because cars were stalling and shutting off when driving. It doesn't matter when the recall was, if it hasn't been fixed, they should be able to fix the car for you without charge.
