I thought it was a real dslr not a sony j/k ive come to find that most real repairs on low end dslr's arent worth because for a couple extra bucks more you can buy a new rig, but ive only seen this to be true with canon and nikon. Not too sure about sony's repair pricing cant hurt to ask.
