I thought this was a strange code to find on a newer model car?
Any thoughts?

It CEL would come on and come off every so often but now it seems to be staying on all the time..

So far I read that the PO141 is the Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1, Sensor 2).

When I look under the car near the Cat I see where it is connected.

Question 1.
How many sensors do I have along the muffler?

Question 2.
Is bank 1 sensor 2 the one near the cat?

Question 3.
What Brand should I replace it with? Bosch?

Question 4.
Does OEM in this case mean that it plugs in or do I have splice the wires?
