Here is the pay scale.

Selling:
$150 per car
$150 per extended warranty
$32 per GAP insurance
10% per accessory

In Director's Club (average 12-13 per month for 6 months straight):
$165 per car
$165 per warranty
$32 for GAP
10% accessories

In Presidents Club (average 15 cars per month for 6 months straight):
$175 per car
$175 per warranty
$32 GAP
10% accessories

There is no base pay, it is purely performance based. Let's say you sell 15 cars per month and 15 warranties you will make $4500/month. Add on anything else you sell on top of each car.

If you buy a car from someone you get $50 per car.

The sales consultants average 14 cars per month.
