From what I've been reading about some of the lens restoring kits is a hit or miss. I believe 3M is the best so far, but you have to keep up on them every year or so. Might be less labor to just buy new ones from a reputatable company on Ebay. And sometimes the dulling is on the inside of the lens which means you have to take off the lens if it doesn't clear up with these kits.
