i love these videos because they always show a very small portion of an incident. sure you have the cops beating the guy, from the video is it excessive? yea

and jae to answer your question, if the crowd is getting unruly and he felt threatened of course he may have drawn his gun if he felt there was a possible threat. given the case that could easily have happened
