meeting up w/ the buyer at his pad @ 4pm. the titling agency will be there to get us to finish up some paperwork. after that i'll wait about 24-48hrs for them to mail me a certified check and then it's byebye AP1 :wtc:

on the up-side, it'll help me afford the first steps of putting together my music studio :hsugh:

then work at 5pm. holy crap life has been busy :hs:
