You can look up BBB (Better Business Bureau) website. I've never heard of them. Personally I would buy from Inline4 (http://www.inlinefour.com/) or Modacar even if I'm paying a little more because shipping is quick and they are trusted by the Honda community. Sometimes it's not better to save a buck or two at a business that is unheard of.
I've also bought headlights off Ebay where most were plastic this company had glass housing and they look much better and less prone to scratches than plastic housing. But this was 5 years ago.
