However I think it is important for me to clarify some of the numbers included in this Objective Performance. For the past several years, the Small and Medium Business Department has been under-staffed. As a result of the way our OP is made as well as the lack of resources at our disposal, we are a small number of employees trying to reach our revenue objectives. Consequently, due to personnel constraints encountered in the SMB department, many of the team members, including the directors find this task rather daunting and many of the team members within the department are classified as Do Not Meet.
Because of this I have taken the liberty of also including the Objective Performance for the previous years of which I was occupying a position similar to the job offer you have posted on Bellnet.
