:werd: That happens to pretty much all older Hondas you see (in areas where it snows and they use salt). You should see my Dad's old '89 Accord....pieces of it fall off when you close the door. This is just a sad reality that many 5th gen guys are going to start seeing in the next few years as the cars get older. From what I have heard, as SW20 MR2 said, the only way to totally cure it is to weld on a new piece of metal. I know Fuji did something to his car to create a drainage passage to try to prevent this from happening....maybe talk to him.
