its rusting from within... as it is bulging underneath... its also starting to rust right above where the rear bumper ends and meets the body.... any help as to stop this from spreading? there is also a small bulge above one of the outer tail lights....

i hate it when my car starts to look old

did I mention the clear coat is falling off in 5 places?
