I actually just started recording my diet yesterday on fatsecret.com. I plan on increasing my caloric intake by about 50% when I start taking the prohormones. My current routine is 3 days a week at the gym, just rotating muscle groups:
Monday - Chest and Tri's, abs
Wednesday - Back and Bi's, abs
Fri - Legs and Shoulders
3 exercises for each muscle group. 3 sets of 8-10 reps or till failure.
