you cant compare modified cars by flywheel horsepower. people dyno their cars by wheel horsepower. you can measure flywheel horsepower but why would you want to? its too much trouble and pointless. manufacturers will find out which car makes the most power with their product and for every car they'll say "up to a 20hp gain" just because 1 car made that power when it could have been an S2000 which will make 15hp with an intake. but on an Accord you will not gain 15hp from an intake. the head is not built to flow that well for the intake to matter as much
some altezzas are legal. but 99% of them are illegal. all the ones that have the circles on them are illegal. which i think is all altezzas. so i think all of them are illegal. but who cares this isnt a debate about whats legal or not. if the guy wants to get them then fine. just check the box and see if theyre DOT approved if you care if theyre legal or not
