1.If you hit anything hard enough to break a wheel and bend a control arm, you messed up something else too, at least a little. I would want the strut, axle and CV joint on that side replaced, minimum. I got rear ended one time and my air conditioning quit working a week later. A year later, the tail lights were fried because of a leaking lens.
