You are missing out on seeing some beautiful places and meeting some truly awesome people. They are far more family oriented than even the most family oriented of Americans that I have met. So I have no doubt in my mind in saying that it ws an accident and not intentional in the least, they just don't take that kind of risk intentionally with their families.
