Last night I reheated a boneless chicken breast I prepped the other night. I prepped it using EVOO, lemon pepper seasoning, and italian herbs. Cooked it to perfection in the oven the first time; reheated it just right in the microwave last night. Oh yea, the sides were cheddar broccoli pasta and green beans.
Tonight I think i'll grill some burgers that have chunks of Swiss cheese and portabella mushroom in it.
