As, adult working in education, I totally support the idea behind this bill. Kids absorb information like a sponge...a lot of it is done through verbal communication obviously. If they are learning how to speak English...they will learn it just like the teacher is teaching it. If there is an accent attached to it...guess whaaaaaaaa.
