In terms of performance, OBDI is slightly easier to work with if you're just going the bolt-on route and are looking for free hp (advance your timing perhaps?). Of course, an older integra is going to net you more problems (fading milano red anyone?) but it depends how much you have to spend. I personally prefer the 98+ look.
