u wont get any decent/noticeable power from bolt-ons, roughly 15 whp max with i/h/e (atleast $800 for quality parts).
just make her ride "look" good. slap on some springs and some clears, and she's good to go. btw, it shouldnt cost more than $200 to lower her car. you wont need shocks unless your're going with a really low spring (eibach sportline, neuspeed race), and u wont really need a camber kit if you rotate your tires really often.
