A dirtbike was actually the first thing I ever rode.
We were out in the desert all day and I was getting real comfortable on it.

Next day, my buddy brings over his ninja 250 for me to practice on.
I hop on, seem to be doing fine.

I take it around the block, and pull up at an intersection for the freeway onramp.

I stop and wait for it to get clear, then I go to turn right to get on the access road, but the bike doesn't turn. There are cars coming in the middle two lanes, so I start to freak out as I turn so wide I end up half way in the middle lane.

Got out of the way in time, but after that I realized the handlebars only turn about 5 inches. You have to LEAN the damn bike. lol

Felt pretty stupid afterwards.
