I'm looking to buy a cheap bike to learn to ride on. I have two I'm looking at right now.

The second one looks nice but hasnt ran in 10 years. The first one runs but is running too rich(Sounds like a fairly easy fix?)

Input? What should I ask about the first one?
I'm asking about the second one because it would be fun to fix up but I'm not sure how much work and money will have to be put into it.
