I can't believe no one has responded to your post. Where is everyone?
There are no lube points on your car. The "squeaks" you hear going over bumps indicate worn bushings in the front and /or back sway bars. You can silicone spray them, but the squeaks will come back when the silicone washes out. There are bushing kits available that allow you to replace the old ones with new. Not a hard job but not easy, either.
