The 360 is the most used thing I have, so there are no issues if something needs to be fixed. When my Elite died, I knew I got quite a bit of usage out of it, so replacing the machine wasn't the worst thing I've had to repurchase.
Also, the offer is still on the table (for anyone in this thread), send me your console. I'll preform whatever mods you want. You'll then save money in the long run by not having to buy games. (COD4 2, Battlefield 2, Super Street Fighter 4, Madden 11, Final Fantasy 13, etc)
I'll supply instructions on how to operate and even a bittorrent site so you can DL titles at over 2MBPS before they're even released. (I just got Square Enix's "Nier" ... that one isn't out until the 27th).
So, the $150 won't be sunk into a 2nd 360 that won't be used. The $150 will be sunk into your "online" machine and buy you an "offline" box.
Yeah, I completely agree. With the amount of time I spend on my xbox, it's hard to deny the money I've spent.
I will be back soon, though. I'm sure the suns will get eliminated in the 2nd round against Dallas, and if my Elite isn't back by then, I will surely be bored enough to go buy an arcade.
