Melatonin is suppose to be a natural sleep-aide. Seems to be working as I'm getting rapidly tired when normally I'm wide awake.
Melatonin works decently for a while but you have to cycle on and off of it or it loses it's effectivness. I used it for a while for my insomnia but built a tolerance for it, so I would have to quit for a couple weeks at a time, at that point I figured it was easier to just blow back a bowl and let nature do it's thing.
Might want to check your diet and caffeine intake, these can have major effects on your sleep habits.
