Absolutely. I can do any upgrades, just cover the cost + shipping.

Upgrade (all optional pieces) =

RRoD proofing (if no RRoD symptoms are seen, better the results)
1. Removal of "X Clamps" w. new screw + bolt mountings ($6 for hardware)
1a. Removal of OEM thermal paste, replacement w. Arctic Silver 5 ($0)
1b. GPU reflow (remelting of solder points) ($0)

OEM Hardware Upgrades
2. GPU Heatsink V2 ($10)
3. CPU Heatsink V2 ($10)

Aftermarket Hardware Upgrades
4. Talismoon exhaust fans w. non-optional LEDs ($25)
5. XCM Core Cooler V2 ($35)

Software Upgrades
6. iXtreme 1.61 (12x drive speed) or iXtreme 1.41 (8x drive speed). Some 360 DVD roms can't handle the 12x drive speed, so I'll have to flash with an older, slower firmware.

If all you want is the DVD rom flashing, I can do only that. I strongly suggest the following though: 1, 2, 3.

If keeping the machine cool is on your mind, the combination of 5 & a Nyko Intercooler TS (thermal sensing, externally powered clip on fan) is a must.

After the upgrades are done, I'll send ya instructions on how to properly record a 360 backup on a DVD-R DL disc.
