:nono: Mods, contrary to popular belief, decrease the value of the car more than no mods at all. If this car had not a single mod done to it, I'd say that's a fair price. But with those mods, I'd offer 19,000, buy the car, remove the mods, restore it to factory specs (hopefully he has all the origional parts), and sell it then for 21,000. He says that price is firm, but either he will sell that to a poor sap who buys on emotion or he will have to lower his price. Again, mods take away from a cars value.
