So he didn't win the case because it was overturned.
Like I said if he had just taken a little bit he could have accomplished much more, now instead he has to pay them and suffer the aggrivation of paying the enemy as well as the loss of your child.
Sucks but the precedent has been set. Sometimes you just have to go small for the greater good.
