The threat of lightning, associated with thunderstorms throughout the Tampa Bay area, and track flooding due to accompanying heavy rain showers, forced IZOD IndyCar Series officials to postpone Sunday's scheduled Honda Grand Prix of St. Petersburg. The race is now set to run Monday, starting at 10 a.m. EDT.

The 100-lap event, second round in the 17-race series, now will be broadcast live on ESPN-2.
