anytime the states are sending a big F U to the feds is good in my book.
federal government has lost track of the fact that states can in fact write their own laws that trump federal rulings
i think this is going to be a bit too confrontational though in the area of local and state authorities attempting to arrest any federal level authorities ... that could get dicey
