This is ridiculous. If anything I could see a ceiling on the amount of sodium in a dish (outback steakhouse has something that is like 4000mg of sodium), but even that is ridiculous.

High end steak places would go under since salt is integral to bringing out the juices and keeping the meat perfect. Felix Ortiz is an idiot. This would not bring in any revenue from fines, and would cripple the economy more than anything.
