The 1000cc's didn't fit right, cuz apparently the X injectors are slightly different. This was after i rewired the fuel injector harnesses to fit them. Got it all in, and fuel sprayed everywhere, had to pull it all out and replace O-rings.

Then, my ECU flash worked okay, but apparently the 1000cc injectors were low impedence, and the ECU wouldn't read them right and constantly threw a code for fuel injector circuit failure

So, I had to put it all back to stock, solder the factory ends back onto the OEM harness, just to get back to square one. I am going to order some DW800 injectors and do it again.

On the plus side: i can disassemble a 4B11 fuel system in about 5 minutes now.
I wasn't aware that the X's could only use high impedence injectors. I heard Injector Dynamics makes awesome 1000cc's. I'm looking at their 2200's or maybe the FIC 2150s.
