Tark, I think you need to find a hobby, or re-discover an old one. Is flying still available to you? If not, I'd suggest looking for something else. I know work and home life (especially with the recent unfortunate incident in yours) is not always fully satisfying. But sometimes finding something that you enjoy, something that makes the end of the day worth while -can make a big difference. Hope all is still improving with your family.
