the s2k is definitely more of a "driver's car" but its still a roadster compared to an actual car with a legit cabin like the Z. (Z convertibles dont count.

h: ) im probably just getting old so thats why i prefer a fixed roof instead of a convertible (even with a hardtop).
QFT. Also gotta keep in mind that the S2000 is dated. Came out 11 years ago and for the most part, remained unchanged in terms of the body and interior.
As to the convertible side of the line, that's gonna be entirely a personal decision. I know some people who got sick of convertibles very fast where I doubt I ever will.
