We had an MDX come up from florida with 9k miles that were still "under warranty" the owner complained about some electrical bugs. We tore the interior out to find that at some point it had been under water, the entire underside of the carpet was just rust. No claim on the VIN check or Carfax. The owner was denied warranty and the remaining warranty was voided if I remember correctly.
