Ended up picking up a brand new Elite from some guy locally. He got it as a package deal when he bought his TV over the holidays and never opened the Xbox so I got it for $200.

My 360 Pro was the non-HDMI model. Once I hooked it up............HOLY SHITAAKE! Huge difference in picture quality. I'm definitely digging it and can't believe I waited that long to upgrade.
