Why must people insist on walking in to IT and walk up and interrupt me for sh1t they should be putting in formal requests for? At least send me a email or phone call.

This same guy comes in to our department daily and approaches various people. It's always the same approach....."hey, i don't mean to interrupt but i just have a question...." That question is really a 10 minute long conversation on his part explaining the situation and existing process.
