Default My baby failed inspection

Well, I took my EJ6 into the dealer today for a state inspection, and it didn't pass.

My car is meticulously maintained (by me), so I was a little pissed about the whole situation.
Here are the reasons it didn't pass:

-Rear tires badly worn.
-3rd brake light out (it went out on the way to the inspection :doh:0
-Rear control arm bushings torn
-Rear drums warped.

And better yet, here's how much they wanted to fix these things:
-Tires ($200)
-Brake light ($17)
-Control arm bushings ($402)
-Rear brakes ($404)

This is CRAZY! First of all, $17 to put in a brake light? On the way home I picked up the bulb for $2.99.
Second, $200 for off brand tires?
Third, the rear control arm bushing aren't even on the state inspection check list. They easily could have passed it even with the torn bushings
And finally, $404 for the rear brakes?:madr: Holy crap. I just finished putting new drums AND shoes on, and it cost me $110, and took an hour and half from start to finish.

I knew they were going to try and financially rape me, but this is a little much.
