Can't decide what to do with dinner tonight

i have a couple pounds of fresh perch my pops caught this last weekend ice fishing and sent down to me. going to pan fry with some family secret seasonings and can't decide what to make with it

skin on mashed potatoes?
a rice of some kind?
steak?

any ideas
