Instead of Java (pronounced like ja-vah)...they pronounce it "jaa-va" and process (pronounced like pra-cess) is "pro-cess".
lol - that is how I pronounce both of those things. RIM has one section of their support in Halifax NS, which is pretty close to me. Maritimers have a pretty thick accent. However I pronounce process "Pro-cess" due to the vowel consonant rule. For it to be pronounced pra-cess it'd have to be spelt prawcess.
But tell me this - how do you pronounce roof, and does it differ by location? Cus I hate when people say "Ruff."
