no... it's the Haitian people that fucked up. What were they thinking building houses out of anything they could find! have they never heard the story of the 3 little pigs? If you build your house out of straw then dont come crying when the big bad wolf huffs and puffs. The should have built the houses out of bricks. And you better not use money as an excuse... thats just not good enough of a pretext
