When researching a monitor, it turns out I made a minor discovery. I'm a "hardcore" gamer. I needed a display that met several criteria:
1. 1080p.
2. Multiple inputs. VGA = analog. DVI = PC digital. HDMI = home entertainment digital.
3. Low response time. Anything above 2ms will not do. Monitor lag is the difference between winning and losing.
4. Relative value.
The Asus MS238H is a monster. At $200, you will not find another LED (not LCD) display. This has an insane contrast ratio (10,000,000:1) when compared to LCD monitors (10,000:1).
Here it is.
When I unboxing, I pooped myself. The screen is as thick as a DVD case.
