GEORGE: I can't take it anymore! I'm going to work! ARe you happy now?! (Gathers his things, and runs out of the coffee shop. Elaine and Jerry laugh hysterically)

later in the episode, when george's boss questions the human fund, george comes up with the excuse that he did it because of festivus and he felt awkward or whatever about giving christmas presents, so he invites his boss to the festivus party to see that it is real. does not mean he was in favor of festivus.
